What’s included?

Once we have your enquiry, we will work towards delivering you a detailed proposal of venues based on your requirements and budget.

Our experienced venue finders will provide information on location, transport links, capacities & layouts and make suggestions on why the venues proposed will work for your event in particular. We’ll push the boundaries on what’s on offer, as we’re always looking for new venues for our customers and suggesting that ‘wild card’ option that could really give your event the edge over the competition.

We will of course outline all the prices, with a full breakdown of what’s included and the savings that we’ve negotiated on your behalf. Because booking London venues is our day to day business, we hold a prominent position in the London market and we’ll use our buying power to achieve fantastic value for your event and organisation.

As part of the Venues in London experience, you’ll have a dedicated contact in our venue team, online interactive proposals, great venues at great prices, site visits arranged on your behalf, all venue & hotel negotiations, advice on contracts and terms and conditions and payment, and that’s just the start…

If you need your event to be fully managed, that’s no problem! We can ‘bolt on’ additional services as and when you require them. From hotel reservations and event accommodation solutions, online registration, delegate badging, AV and Event Management and if you’re coming from overseas we will be happy to assist with transport and support service where required.

How much does it cost?

Our venue finding and hotel booking services are all completely free of charge! We earn a commission from the venues and hotels as we are a registered hotel booking agency and members of the HBAA (Hotel Booking Agents Association), through our main brand Brief2Event Solutions.

You will never pay more by using our service, in fact we are confident that we can secure you some fantastic savings and added value.

Additional services such as Event Management that can be added to your event will carry and additional charge. Just speak to your consultant and we’ll be happy to provide you with a bespoke quote.
